Return and Refund Policy
At RollOne Tonneau Covers, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.
Custom-Made Products
Most of our tonneau covers are custom-made or built specifically for your truck's make, model, year, and bed size.
Because these products are made to order, all sales are final once production has started.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
If production has already started, the order cannot be canceled.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
The product arrives damaged during shipping.
The wrong product was shipped.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order and provide photos of the issue.
Refunds
If a return is approved, we will:
Replace the product, or
Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Warranty :
RollOne Tonneau Covers provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation
- Accidents or misuse
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper maintenance
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at sales@rollonecover.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will inspect the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
